Every founder we work with wants the same three things.
Being everywhere isn't the answer. We write consistently for you, in your voice, with your positioning and story, until the right people in your space know exactly who you are.
Vanity metrics aren't the goal. A pipeline is. We build your LinkedIn presence with one thing in mind: the right founders, investors, and clients reaching out because they already trust you.
Most founder content sounds the same. Yours shouldn't. We learn how you think, what you've built, and why it matters. Then we write in a way that sounds like you on your best day.
Pipeline activity
"Since I started posting on LinkedIn I have added 249% pipeline activity and seen more new conversations coming in from LinkedIn posts and from myself being active in the DMs."

I started Blacksmith, a product marketing agency, 20 minutes from Hollywood in Los Angeles after working in advertising for 20 years in the US. For years I never thought about our own marketing once.
I didn't have to. Word of mouth carried the whole thing. One project led to the next. It just worked.
Until it didn't.
The referrals slowed down, then kind of dried up, and it caught me completely off guard. I had no pipeline. No audience. No way to make new work show up on its own. Just a quiet phone and a growing knot in my stomach. And at the same time AI was starting to eat into creative and marketing work, so the stuff that used to feel safe suddenly didn't.
So I did the one thing I'd avoided for years. I started marketing myself.
I showed up on LinkedIn every single day. And I was bad at it. I'd hit publish and feel this wave of awkwardness wash over me. Nobody liked it, nobody commented, nobody cared. It felt embarrassing in this very specific way.
But I kept showing up. And I decided to learn it properly. I paid for courses in writing with people in South Africa, training in LinkedIn sales with people in Australia and positioning with experts in San Francisco. I spent around $12,000 figuring out how to actually do this.
And then it started working.
And here's the part that still kind of gets me. You post something. It costs you nothing. Zero dollars to put it out there. And a few hours later there are fifty new people in my email tool who weren't there that morning. Conversations showing up in my inbox from people I never would have met. All from a thing that was free to publish.
Then something I didn't expect happened. Other founders started watching. A few of them came to me and asked the same thing. Can you do for me what you've been doing for yourself.
That question is the reason this exists.
Because I know exactly what that founder is feeling. The one who knows they should be on LinkedIn but keeps putting it off. Brilliant at what they do, no time or patience to become a full time poster on top of running a company.
I was that person. Then I just spent two years and $12,000 figuring it out.
So now I can do the same for you.
One post at a time, we build the presence that makes your name known in your space. Your voice, your story, your positioning. Handled. You review, you approve, you keep building.
Book a callYour name begins appearing in the right feeds. You go from invisible to present. Consistency alone puts you ahead of most founders in your space.
Inbound conversations begin. Founders, investors, and clients reach out because they've seen you showing up with something worth saying.
You're the name that comes up when someone in your space needs what you do. Not because you're loudest. Because you've been saying the right thing to the right people long enough.
